We stayed with family and friends for my daughter's birthday. The staff went above and beyond by making her feel special, with cake and balloons waiting for us in the room!

The Westin provided a comfortable and immaculate room, which was perfect for my business needs. The staff was efficient in addressing my requests, and the location was exceptionally convenient, connected to the Galleria for easy access to dining and shopping. I particularly appreciated the outstanding shower which featured high water pressure, making for a refreshing experience after long work days.

I experienced some issues with communication regarding package fees that were unexpected at checkout.

I stayed in a Deluxe guest room on the 16th floor. Super spacious and clean! The floor-to-ceiling windows gave an amazing view of uptown Houston. The room had a comfy couch and was quiet, perfect for relaxing. Check-in was easy, and the elevators felt secure with key card access.

I had a dreamy two-night stay in a spacious Deluxe Guest room on a high floor with floor-to-ceiling windows. The gorgeous view of uptown Houston at night was absolutely breathtaking! Plus, the heavenly beds? They truly lived up to their name, giving me the most restful sleep imaginable.

It was a smart choice for a two-day stay in Houston with a reasonable price. The evening staff, especially Ruby and Lucas, were really helpful during our stay. Just be sure to ask for extra towels upon arrival.
